3.2. Data management¶
The data management of Selenge River basin is divided into: data classification list, data label list and data management list, which have different specific operations. Fig. 3.12 is shown.

3.2.1. Data classification management¶
Data addition classification¶
Click Add function to add categories. Click category list to add, delete, import, export, and refresh functions.Click Add, you can edit, add, delete and view it. As shown in Fig. 3.13 .

Modify the classification¶
According to the requirements, select a category, and then select the submenu information,as shown in Fig. 3.14 .

Data classification import and export function¶
Click “Import“ in the classification of Selenge River map, you can directly click to find the file you want to importand submit it. The “Export“ function can select the fields and formats to be exported and select submit for export. As shown in Fig. 3.15 、 Fig. 3.16 .

3.2.2. Data label management¶
Include “Add, delete, import, export, refresh“ function in the label management of Selenge River Basin map, Fig. 3.17 is shown.

Click Add to add the map label. After adding, there are three operations: save directly, save and continue editing, save and add the next one， Fig. 3.18 . You can delete, import, export, and refresh function points by corresponding buttons.

3.2.3. Data list management¶
In the data management of Selenge River, it is divided into functions such as adding, deleting, importing, exporting, searching, and refreshing. The data includes data titles, category names, and usernames C986+5reate time, update time, click on the selected data to perform the required operation. As Fig. 3.19 shown

Data add and delete function¶
The data publishing program is used to publish data (metadata) information on the precise regulation methods and network collaboration platform for animal husbandry in the Selenge River Basin of Mongolia. According to the schema of the database, perform the function for adding and deleting data in the data management backend. The data addition and deletion information can be found in the data information. Click on “Add Data” and add data by adding metadata fields, Fig. 3.20 is shown. Deleting data means selecting the deleted data to delete it, Fig. 3.21 is shown.

When adding data information, enter it item by item according to the fields designed in the database, including:
Data ID
Title, map data theme
Aliases, map data other themes
Recommended subject classification
Language
Data type
Data format
Link
ID map, the encoding of the map data, used for program extraction
Category categories, displaying all data categories at the station
Latitude and longitude, displaying the longitude and latitude of the map data
Content body content, detailed content of the data, entered based on Markdown syntax

Data import and export function¶
In the data information, there is a “import/export” function. “Import” allows you to directly click to find the file you want to import and submit it. The ‘Export’ function allows you to select the fields and formats to be exported, and submit them for export, As shown in Fig. 3.22 .

Data search and refresh function¶
The data information has search and refresh functions, which can be searched through the title or content section. There is a refresh function in the upper right corner of the interface, which can be clicked to refresh, Fig. 3.23 is shown.

Modify data information¶
The added data can be modified by clicking on the data to be modified， As shown in Fig. 3.24 .
