1. Introduction¶
The Selenge River Basin in Mongolia is the most developed area for agriculture and animal husbandry, with abundant water resources and a good climate, is an important base for the development of animal husbandry. However, with the intensification of climate change and human activities, the ecological environment of the basin is facing many challenges, such as land degradation and water shortage, posing a threat to the sustainable development of animal husbandry. Therefore, establishing a accurate regulation method and network collaborative web platform for animal husbandry is of great significance for improving animal husbandry production efficiency and protecting the ecological environment.
The accurate regulation and network collaboration web platform for animal husbandry in the Selenge River Basin of Mongolia realizes the standardized storage management of river basin basic geospatial data, the open harvest interface for real-time dynamic monitoring data, the incremental storage of data, documents and literature, the collaborative use of scientific computing models, and the online collaborative communication of cross-regional scientific research team members.

The scientific resource management system is developed for the management and distribution of scientific resources. The management system consists of two parts: frontend and backend.

These three systems work together to provide users with comprehensive, efficient and intuitive scientific research and data management solutions. The portal of the accurate regulation and network collaboration web platform for animal husbandry in the Selenge River Basin of Mongolia, is shown in Fig. 1.1 .
